About Us
Krimple Farms is nestled in the rolling hills of Western Kentucky. What began as a traditional beef cattle operation has evolved into a dedicated Texas Longhorn farm. In 2021, a friend offered me a registered Longhorn steer, and despite my initial reluctance, I soon found myself hooked. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a commercial herd, then a registered herd, and now a carefully curated program focused on improving genetics.
I love Longhorns for their calm temperament, hardiness, and resistance to disease—not to mention the incredible view from my back deck. One of the best parts of this business is the Longhorn community, where farmers support each other and work together to improve the breed for future generations.
Beyond cattle, Krimple Farms offers property maintenance and land clearing services, including mulching, brush cutting, food plot installation, bush hogging, fencing, and snow removal. We are licensed and insured, serving Western Kentucky with free estimates and no job too big or small.
